Your licence and Emirates ID

We check every store by hand. It is why shoppers trust HUB01.

Trade licence

Must be currently valid. An expired licence is the most common reason we cannot approve a store. Capture the whole page so the licence number and the expiry date are both readable.

Your Emirates ID, both sides. We ask for both now rather than chase you for the back later.

Emirates ID front

The FRONT of the card, showing the photo, name and ID number. Lay it flat, no glare, all four corners in frame.

Emirates ID back

The BACK of the same card. Both sides are required; an ID with only one side is rejected automatically.
